One of my favorite moments at Calvert School was sitting with my class in the Luetkemeyer planetarium and observing closely. What was pitch black soon glimmered with millions of stars. We were taught Orion’s Belt and the Big Dipper located in our galaxy, spurring a curiosity for how the world works. These creative ways of teaching ignited a life-long passion for learning.
